Panna Cotta

Serves 12

 

1 quart heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup Stregga liquor
5 gelatin strips or one gelatin package

 

DIRECTIONS

 

  • Bloom gelatin according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Bring the first four ingredients to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and mix in bloomed gelatin until combined.
  • Portion in 4-ounce ramekins.
  • Chill until set.
