Panna Cotta

Serves 12
1 quart heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup Stregga liquor
5 gelatin strips or one gelatin package
DIRECTIONS
- Bloom gelatin according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Bring the first four ingredients to a boil.
- Remove from heat and mix in bloomed gelatin until combined.
- Portion in 4-ounce ramekins.
- Chill until set.
