A trio of our favorite St. Petersburg hotspots shake and stir their signature cocktails — tasty thirst-quenchers for the sultry summer.

Café Alma’s Sensation

¾ ounce New Orleans Absolut Vodka
¾ ounce peach Schnapps
splash of orange juice
splash of pineapple juice

Shake, pour into a Martini glass, and add a few drops of Grenadine.

De Santo’s Florida Margarita

1½ ounces Partida Anejo Tequila
¾ ounce Cointreau
2 ounces orange juice
¾ ounce lime juice
splash of club soda

Shake, stir, and pour over ice.

Bella Brava’s Citrine Capriosca

1 ounce Belvedere Citrus Vodka
½ ounce Grand Marnier
½ ounce fresh muddled tangerine
½ ounce fresh muddled cucumber
simple syrup to taste (approximately ¼ ounce)

Muddle tangerine and cucumber together; add other ingredients and ice, and shake vigorously. Serve over ice or up, garnished with lime or orange.
